NEWS & EVENTS
CLASSES
Jeanne's classes, held in her Sudbury studio, are small group with lots of
individualized attention at your easel. Each month, we focus on a topic to help
hone your artistic skills. Students work from provided still life or from their
own photos, whether portrait or landscape. The small group makes it possible to
accommodate all levels of experience. The class is always open to students
working on individualized projects—do what you love. We hold group
discussion/critiques every 3-4 weeks. Have a suggestion/request for a future
class topic? email me!

Teen Drawing and Painting

Contrary to popular opinion that drawing is a mysterious skill you're either
born with or you aren't, it is actually a learned life skill like reading or
driving, which you can learn through a set of basic skills, steps and lots of
practice. This class will sharpen your drawing skills and allow you to really
"see," and then draw what you see quickly and accurately, working from life,
small exercises and photographs. Also an introduction to pastel painting.
Pastel materials for this class included: small list of drawing materials
provided upon registration.
